Nylon wire mesh
Advantages: High elongation rate; Low static electricity; Good ink permeability; Good resilience; High durability rate;
Disadvantages: Poor acid resistance;
Caution: It is not advisable to print high-precision products or large products; After immersion in water (or when printing water-based ink), it is prone to relaxation;
Polyester wire mesh, also known as polyester wire mesh:
Advantages: Chemical resistance;
Disadvantages: Low elongation rate; Low durability rate; Low ink permeability; Easy to generate static electricity
Attention: Solvent based printing inks often produce "drawing" phenomenon
Stainless steel wire mesh:
Advantages: Low stretchability of the net; High intensity; Good ink permeability; Stable dimensional accuracy; Strong water and chemical resistance;
Disadvantages: Poor elasticity; Expensive price;
Attention: Stainless steel wire mesh cannot be restored to its original shape after being stretched.
Advantages of screen printing:
